The FCC published a Notice in the Federal Register on May 22, 2018, seeking Paperwork Reduction Act comments on FCC Forms 470 and 471. The current Form 470 and 471 versions expire on December 31, 2018. More specifically the FCC is looking to extend the existing information that is collected on these E-rate forms and that it is important for “the Commission and USAC to have sufficient information to determine if entities are eligible for funding….to determine if entities are complying with Commission rules, and to prevent waste, fraud and abuse…”
Comments are due July 23, 2018.
