Funds For Learning (FFL) filed comments in support of California Department of Education’s (CDE) request for waiver of various E-rate deadlines and for additional funding due to the wildfires that destroyed over a million acres in 2017. On December 11, 2017, the FCC asked stakeholders to comment on CDE’s waiver request. Funds For Learning “fully supports CDE’s requests and urge the FCC to do everything it possibly can, as quickly as it can to help.” The Sonoma County Office of Education has also filed comments in support of CDE’s waiver request.
