On June 2, 2017, Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) sent a revised FY2017 third quarter report projections to the FCC. In the initial May 2, 2017 third quarter report, USAC had estimated an $800 million carryover for FY2017. The revised report indicates that there is an estimated $1.2 billion to carry over for future years. An additional $423 million from FY2016, initially not reported in the May 2nd report.
