New bulk upload templates and updated instructions are now available for the 2016 filing window. The updated templates are used by applicants to create FRN detail lines in EPC. As before, each type of service has an individual template that can be filled out and used to upload FRN information into EPC. The templates have been changed to allow applicants to identify the recipients of service for each FRN. Each template now has 3 different tabs. The first tab is for the calculation and description information. The second tab is used to identify the recipients of service and the third will provide a list of errors that would keep the template from uploading.
The old templates have been removed from the website and will no longer work in EPC. Applicants with information in the older format, will need to update to the new template.
