Applicants and service providers are reminded that the standard invoice deadline for Funding Year 2014 recurring services is October 28, 2015. With over $800M in potentially disbursable funds remaining, it is critical that stakeholders complete payment paperwork as soon as possible.
While USAC does allow for invoice deadline extensions, it is important to remember that only one extension of 120 days will be granted. Extension requests should be submitted before the original deadline passes. BEAR and SPI Forms submitted after the deadline will be denied.
Applicants who have completed invoicing for the funding year are encouraged to file the FCC Form 500 to close out unused balances in funding commitments, as those funds can be rolled forward for redistribution in future funding years.
