On April 8, 2015 the FCC released a Public Notice announcing that several stakeholders have sought clarification or reconsideration of several parts of the E-rate Modernization Orders which were released in 2014. The Public Notice was published in the Federal Register on April 14, 2015, making the due date for opposition to these petitions on April 29, 2015; replies will be due May 11.
