USAC will be conducting service provider training sessions in Tampa and Los Angeles on May 8th and 13th, respectively. The registration for both events is full, however, the SLD has released the presentation materials for the training. The presentations available on the USAC website include:

Invoicing Update: Payments for the month of April totaled $164.5 million against $209.6 million in requests. USAC processed invoices for 1423 service providers and 97% of the invoices were processed within 30 days.
Top five reasons for invoice rejection in March:
- Duplicate Invoice
- Total Commitment Paid
- Billing Outside Funding Year
- Billing Before Services Were Delivered
- Clerical Error on Form 474
Invoice Reminders: The deadline for delivery of recurring services for FY 2013 is June 30, 2014 and the invoice deadline for FY 2013 recurring services is October 28, 2014.
