The FCC revised the Form 470 and Form 471 and is now requiring applicants to identify “consultants” that assisted them with the process. The FCC released a Public Notice at Funds For Learning’s request to get further comment from stakeholders on what the definition of consultant should be as well as whether to make the information publicly available.
Comments may be filed electronically by accessing the FCC’s Electronic Comment Filing System.
Comments are due by December 23, 2010, with reply comments due by January 7, 2011.
