Funds For Learning has submitted comments on the Funding Year 2011 Draft Eligible Services List (ESL). Under the proposed changes issued by USAC and the FCC, software applications for mobile devices, web hosting, anti-virus, Firewalls priced separately from a vendor’s Internet Access service, and unbundled warranties would be designated as ineligible.

The deadline for comments on these items was July 9, however, applicants and service providers do have an opportunity to post reply comments if you choose to do so. After review of our comments, if you are in agreement and wish to support our response you may submit reply comments until July 26. Reply comments can be submitted here. Any responses will need to reference CC Docket No. 02-6.
