The Federal Communications Commission has scheduled a workshop for Friday, October 10, to review the proposed application that schools and libraries will have to complete to qualify for E-rate funding. The session will run from 9 a.m. to noon in the meeting room on the 8th floor of the agency's headquarters.
An FCC spokeswoman said the agency hopes to make the application available the day before on the agency's Web site (http://www.fcc.gov) and in hard copy.
