The Schools and Libraries Division issued over $133 million in 319 commitment letters on Oct. 13. The total funds committed for Program Year 3 has now reached $2.01 billion, almost 90 percent of the $2.25 billion allotted for the program. The average commitment this week was over $419,000.
The discount threshold for the funding of internal connections remains at 82 percent.
