The Schools and Libraries Division has just posted additional information describing its expectations for the kind of information that E-rate applicants should be prepared to submit as part of the Description of Services documentation that backs up their Form 471 application.
The SLD provides examples of submissions and identifies additional issues that should be addressed in situations such as requests for On-Premises Priority One Equipment or remote access servers and routers. By addressing these questions at the time of application, schools and libraries may be able to avoid certain inquiries later on. The new advisory is available on the SLD website.
