On September 21st the SLD committed $17.6 million in Wave 13 for the 2005 funding year and sent funding commitment decision letters to 538 applicants and 450 service providers. There is approximately $2.6 billion pending with $627 million committed so far in 2005 and no indication when the FCC will make a determination on allowing USAC to start issuing internal connections commitments.
