The SLD announced that in the next FY 2006 funding wave they will deny priority two requests at the 84% discount rate and below. This past week the SLD released FY 2006 A09 appeal wave where they already began to deny funding requests at that level. At this point, the 85% discount level is still in play for FY 2006 and there is currently $57 million pending for priority two requets at that threshold.
